why didn't orochi take an uchiha's eyes when there were still dozens of them alive?

for the same reason kakashi covers his sharingan. his body might be compatible for the sharingan but it wont do anything about its chakra consumption

because the uchiha body operates the sharingan...rmemeber he studied the sharingana nd rinnegan etc so he clearly knows it the ucha body and dna the change and develop the eys to its fullest

for the same reason kakashi covers his sharingan. his body might be compatible for the sharingan but it wont do anything about its chakra consumption

why would he want 2 sharingans without the body? his chakra would be significantly depleted, just like kakashi's is from using just 1 eye. on top of that they were the second strongest clan to have lived after the senjus, and i dont see him able to get a senju body in part 1. itachi took orochimaru down just by looking at him and trapping him in genjutsu. he had every reason to want the body and the eyes. he himself is an uchiha fanboy.

well of course thats true but oro could never be like itachi to have sharingan always active and have it drain so little chakra that it seems its not active.. also im guessing he would want to deactivate sharingan and for that he would need an uchiha body

Well, assuming Orochimaru would want a strong Uchiha body, he would get his ass whooped, if one Uchiha couldn't get him, then they would just send a bunch to kill him and get back the Sharingan. And same goes for if he goes after an Uchiha child, either the older Uchiha will protect them, or the child will just kill Orochimaru.

If I was an Uchiha child and Orochimaru and his snake ass was after me I would just kill him and let Kabuto **** his dead body.

Most likely because by the time he found out about the senju and uchiha thingy, there were only 4 sharingan users left, 3 of wich he could'nt possibly beat ( Itachi, Tobi and Danzou ), and Sasuke being as good as safe in konoha ( though seeing as the managed to infiltrate and remain unseen during the chuunin exams he could've taken him back then ).

well oro had the theory of the sharingan evolving into a rinnegan and also needed a strong body to master the snake sage mode

if he took the eyes and implanted them i doubt they would evolve into a rinnegan

also oro was capable of taking peoples kekai genkai by body transferring why would he want to limit the sharingans power by taking it from someones body when he could be in full control of it by stealing the persons abilities with theyr body

we also kno oro is made up of the 1st cells if he stole an uchihas body by bodytransfer technique he would deffo be able to get rinnegan

if he jus took theyr eyes he wouldnt b able to evolve the rinnegan because danzo also had the 1st dna and a sharingan implanted and couldnt get the rinnegan so we kno tht it doesnt work like tht

He doesn't want the eyes. The Eyes deplete a lot of chakra

He wants the body.

Oh and by giving Sasuke the Curse Seal. He gave Sasuke Something related to Senju/Uzumaki DNA which is Juugo's DNA. Having a body that can do that is actually a good thing because it enables him to master all jutsu and awaken the Rinnengan.

As for the eyes alone. Nah it just depletes chakra and Orochimaru wants to master sage jutsu as well with a particular body.
