Why didn't Oro or Kabuto.....

I'm just wondering why didn't Oro or Kabuto just didn't steal or sample DNA from all da jinchuriki, place dat DNA in sum test subjects made of senju DNA body type and a sharingans?

1) That would be a fail test subject.
2) The DNA of jinchuurikis of 1-8 tails are not so special compared to Naruto, Karin, Juugo, Suigetsu, Sound 5, Orochimaru.
Also the chances for Oro to fail is 99.99 percent because his blood group isn't AB+
But Kabuto's blood group is AB+ and hence he survived all the blood samples injected into his body.
( For proof, read the manga where Oro, Kabuto and Sai stops at a river where Kabuto washes his medical instruments and talks about his blood group to Oro, even Oro finds interesting after hearing)

The jinchuriki DNA won't contain Tailed Beast Chakra. The beasts are sealed inside them but they are not ''part'' of them if you know what I mean.
