And obito got a mental shock after seeing his best friend killing his love.

Shouldn't obito have taken HIS sharingan back because kakashi misused it ?

Good idea. Never thought of that. He already has the chance to get his eye back. Maybe he still likes Kakashi or maybe on the next chapter, the reinforcements will come and save Kakashi and he will just disappear right away without anyone noticing him. Except for the bloods..

but if had only his sharingan then it would have been an decent battle but obito now also has the rinnegan so...

why the hell would he want a sharingan back when he has the powers of his Kamui + the great powers of the rinnegan , hmm ??

I think seeing the love of his life being killed and being attacked by 20 enemy anbu was a good enough reason for him to forget about Kakashi. He took his rage out on them, but if it was just Kakashi there's a chance he would have attacked him. The whole reason he was even there was to act as back up and to see them was the final trigger
