Why didn't Obito let Kabuto edo tensei Shusui and Jiraiya?

I mean Obito has Shisui Sharingan, which is what Kabuto need a DNA of someone and Obito has Nagato body, which should have the DNA of Jiraiya since Nagato killed Jiraya with Pains body.

I wonder why Obito didn't Kabuto use edo tensei to revive them.
