Strangely enough, he had enough chakra to Kamui the hell out

Throughout the manga, Obito has always been able to use Kamui like its nothing. I'm willing to bet that because Obito possesses Kamui as an Uchiha, it takes little to no chakra to use it which is why he was able to Kamui out of there. Also, a bit of plot is at work here.

Since kakashi gained Kamui OPness everyone seems to forget his other abilities like speed, 3Tomoe sharingan, intelligence...

That mokuton atack wouldn't work on kakashi.

Possibly it was Madara's will that made him use all those jutsu's. I mean how would Obito intantly know how to use Hashirama's jutsus? He haven't fought against a Mokuton user before to copy techniques from.

Plot No Jutsu, though I'll say that Obito isn't done here. He'll play some hand in Madara's downfall.

Swirl Zetsu probably helped enhance his Wood Release abilities. And Obito was friggen mad.

One could make the argument that in his first battle using Wood-Release, Swirl Zetsu disregarded Obito's request to stay out of the fight (As Obito was supposed to fight with Kakashi, but with Kakashi being all unconscious...and killing Rin) and helped increase Obito's new powers to a massive extent.
