What would that do at this point? Obito is severely low on chakra and he is still dying due to losing Juubi and the Gedo Mezo chapters ago. Black Zetsu kept Obito alive longer than Naruto prolonged Obito's life for a short while so he was still dying. He used pretty much the last of his chakra to save Kakashi since he and Sakura needed to use it all to save Sasuke. So he wouldn't be of much help even if Naruto gave him some chakra to use Izanagi because Kaguya can use COAT which is the true form of Izanagi which is more of a watered down form. Both uses Yin Yang but COAT is on a higher level
