He can has the ability to select where the transported objects come out in Kamui demision. Like how he did it when Karin healed Sasuke in his world and parallel in the real world he absorbed Fu and Torune but Karin didn't met them she didn't even sensed them .
Although they were at the same time there.....
This one little panel where we see how the bones already touched Obito's stromach is just for some dramatic...
