Haven't you noticed over Shippuden Kakashi's been able to use the Kamui more and more before going empty? Against Deidara, twice before being unable to move. Against Pein once(Although his chakra was depleted before the Kamui). And in this Shinobi War, he's CONSTANTLY been using it..and only once his chakra was restored by Naruto.
