His BM was mixed with Senjutsu at time, so how could they not get Senjutsu? Plus they were controlling the Rasengans so they can handle Senjutsu. Even if that wasn't the case Naruto could have given the two Rasengan to use.

Common sense. Naruto had to hurt Obito with Senjutsu and forced Obito to block his chakra claws. So his chakra had to have senjutusu mixed with it. Pluse, Obito was able to give Kakashi Sage chakra.
