Why didn't Mangekyou Sharingan user steal Senju DNA instead of others eyes?

Madara had to bite a piece of hashirama himself to even gain his DNA.

What do you think? Someone can walk up to the hokage and buy a piece for 3$

1. EMS>>MS w/ Senju DNA. Would Sasuke and Madara be stronger if they had EMS? Or MS w/ Senju DNA?

2. Hashirama's cells>>>>>Regular Senju DNA. His DNA is the only DNA that will prevent or significantly delay blindness when it comes to the MS, and not just anyone can get their hands on Hashirama's DNA.
