Why didn't Madara use PS or a bigger legged version of Susanoo ?

Kurama's tails are and were always bigger than Susanoo. And other thing is that Sasuke's PS was exactly as big as Kurama meaning his legged Susanoo is automatically smaller than Kurama [or you're saying Legged Kurama > PS Lol]

Actually I think he needed a faster susano to get out from the seal. PS takes preparation and time and build up chakra, thus in order to get out quickly he just got the fastest biggest susano he can form.
