Why didn't Madara settle things during his time and kill Tobirama?

An eye for an eye, Madara kills Tobirama as revenge for Izuna. It would make sense plus he would of broken Hashirama mentally, would he make Hashirama vengeful?

According to the manga, they were close in skill. A prolonged Battle would get hashirama involved at some point, and that would be the end of madara. As to why he didn't try after hashi died....i don't Know. His wounds might have made him unable to.

Izuna was killed fairly in a war, Madara was not the type to lust for vengeance when he knew that if Izuna had a chance he would've done the same. I'm kind of disappointed to see that Madara still holds a grudge against Tobirama which we saw a few chapters ago.

the reason is madara desired peace thats why he said in order for him to join hashirama he wanted hashirama/tobirama to feel the pain that he felt. its the reason why he asked hashirama to kill tobirama or himself

cause tobirama beat his brother fair and square during a war. You can't be mad at somebody for killing their enemy unless your butthurt.
