[Discussion] Why Didnt Kakashi Use Raikiri On Obito In Other Dimension????

You all will realise in the anime when time can be displayed correctly.
Does kakashi know where or when obito will appear... no. So obito's body suddenly appears in the other dimension, kakashi doesn't have time to do hand signs so he takes a whack at it.
Obito bends down and coughs out blood and kakashi takes more whacks at him and obito quickly runs out of naruto's punch so he can exit the dimension and kakashi returns, before obito can teleport back into that dimension and **** him up.
Also the amount of chakra kakashi has as well, he needs to be able to get out before it's to late.
People need to think clearly.

Kakashi doesn't need hand signs for Raikiri... he can simply create it on the go, without even moving his hand.
The obvious reason is that Kakashi didn't want to kill Obito. Naruto can't make himself kill Sasuke, who's been a criminal for years now and you expect Kakashi to be able to kill his supposedly late friend who he considered a hero in the minute he's revealed to be alive?
Naruto said he would protect Konoha without killing Sasuke. Kakashi's story here is probably similar - he will protect Naruto but not kill Obito. He just wants to defeat him at the moment, that's the reason he didn't use Raikiri.
