Three things:

1. Kakashi will need two Kamui's 1 to Kamui Gai and 1 to un-Kamui Gai from that dimension. A lot of chakra.

2. Minato stepped in before Kakashi could go for it. I mean he has Mangekyo charged [he never charges Mangekyo if it's not for the Kamui or his OP MS Genjutsu U_U]

3. Lee had to shine, he's been useless for 4 straight years U_U

Because he wouldn't be able to bring guy back (though would have saved him). And when it comes to kamui'ing humans, unless it is prepped or charged it isn't instant.
