Why did he only punch Obito, he got chakra from kurama and could have easily used the lightning attacks to cut obito in half?

It was because he was still in shock that his former teammate was still alive as well as the fact that he did not want to kill him like he did Rin. You know something like that. Although if you want to look at the bigger picture it would have also shorten the war arc so plot as well I guess.
