Why didn't Kaguya use IT on naruto when they were 1v1 ?

Kaguya used IT[infinite tsukiyomi] in the past long before sage was even born.
She can use it with her eye powers, why didn't she use it on naruto when they were 1v1?

I can understand why she didn't use it when he was with sasuke, because sasuke can break IT with rinnegan but she could have easily beaten naruto with minimal chakra usage if she used IT on him ?!?

Nope, she never used IT with moon.
Madara was the first who used it like that.
Kaguya used her IT just like Itachi use his Tsukuyomi.

Hagoromo created the moon long after Kaguya's defeat

IT isn't a battle jutsu one can casually spam here and there. It's a once in a lifetime-jutsu that changes the whole world. It's in effect right now, so it probably can't be casted a second time right away.

You do not pay enough attention. I said nobody SHOULD be able to defeat her just with Hagoromo's power. Besides what Naruto showed was not really a powerup. It was his regular power. He just used more of it. :|

Hagoromo himself said he can solo kaguya only if he had enough chakra but he gave it away.

Hagoromo and hamura defeated kaguya but after she was defeated, hagoromo became stronger and hence his power increased.
The hagoromo we see now would be stronger than the hagoromo who fought kaguya.

Regular power don't chop up kaguya in instant neg diff. He needed at least 3-4 power to do such feats
