Why didn't Kabuto force Edo Nagato to use Rinne Tensei, thus reviving some dead people, then get some DNA Sample, kill them with his Edo Army, and subsequently revive them with Edo Tensei? He could have revived Jiraiya, Shisui, Danzo, and etc.

Edo probably only takes care of physical wounds, it's like using RDS as an Edo. So your soul will probably move back to the pure world.
And we've never seen Kabuto revive the same person twice...
Probably but reviving Danzo or Shisui (if he is revived with his eyes) is more useful than Nagato since they could use Kotoamatsukami which would result in Naruto and Bee being captured.

Shisui wouldn't work, since he already lost both his eyes when he died, Danzo would work, but his KA is weaker and he probably wouldn't be able to catch Naruto and Bee together.

Even if he would have, it wouldn't have helped Kabuto much, since the Rinne Tensei puts the persons soul back in it's body. Meaning that if he would do it, Jiraiya would be revived in the ocean, where he'd die again due to the pressure, and Shisui would have been revived somewhere in a grave, likely without his eyes. Danzo's soul was also sealed, so Nagato wouldn't have been able to bring him back.
Pretty much the perfect answer right here :)
