I mean come on, if he was to revive the Hokages then his ZOMBIE team would o'v been unstoppable:scorps: He should o'v know what how to remove the SHIKAFUJIN seal, Kabuto is basically scrap that was left back from Orichamaru!:y
So why wouldn't he revive the hokages It still bothers me!
