Kabuto found even uchiha madara body.
Why didn't Kabuto find Shisui body,

it only means somebody is using his body

May be tobi is using his body right now.

1. in story line izuna is only mentioned as a tool for madara to get EMS.
2.Kabuto didn't mention Izuna name in the manga above ,So he may not have known him.

TOBI KNOWS THAT DANZO HAS SHISUI EYE, does he know it before Ao found out then that means he is Shisui, because shisui and itachi only knew about it.
Itachi even says shisui erases his existence.
how can some one erase his existence :-by putting a mask

His body will decompose but bones, kabuto says it was grave robbing obviously no body knows madara grave still he found it , even tobi says "where did you get that" kabuto says i have my means

That's too far thinking might have been possible if it is what U r thinking but never mentioned in manga, even Itachi Nagato didn't destroy their bodies. no body expects Edo tensei , not even madara ,he planned to be revived by rinnegan.

itachi never said shisui destroyed his own body, even Itachi nagato no body destroyed their bodies, they might have thought Oro dead no body resurrects.
in shisui time no body even knows even Oro can do it.
to say that it is said in manga is bad.
