Why the Samurai's would have no effect on him?
Kekkei genkai Magnet Release which allowed him to convert his chakra into magnetic forces and magnetise an object. This logically means he is immune to almost all weapons, any metallic object used in battle can be used on the opponent and theoretically he can utilize the iron in people's blood
stream.

Immunity to all Metallic Weapons
This is just plain and simply all weapons made of metal .e.g almost everything would be useless/disadvantageous to the user using them. Imagine Tenten going up against this guy. "10000 Weapons rain, they stop and turn around with everyone single hitting as the magnet release guides it like a missile. Hiruko with his Steel release would become a toy to throw far and wide and Shikumaru's kunai technique could very well back fire.
This is why the Samurai army would be useless against him.
What Techniques he could use on them to blitz multiple samurai in each strike?
Iron Sand Bullets
It is a gunshot-like attack which uses Iron Sand hardened into minuscule grains to attack simultaneously across a vast range. The bullets are so fast that they are difficult to see. The moment the user has finished preparing the attack, evading it becomes extremely difficult. Using the repellent force of magnetism, the speed of the bullets is rapidly increased after they are shot. Poison would make this attack lethal.
This technique could take out multiple samurai when fully propelled by the power of repulsion could reach speeds of a electron collider meaning the samurai would most likely get hit and they can come in several deadly blows.
Why he would be devastating to them?
Without much real effort he could disarm all the samurai and even send all of their weapons back at them with multiple volleys impaling most of them with their own swords.
Once disarmed the samurai have no real offense or defense, even mifune would become useless in the face of the Third Kazekage.
The samurai also lose all of their ability once their weapons are repossessed by the Kazekage as they lack in ninjutsu, taijutsu, kinjutsu and genjutsu
The only really specialize in Kenjutsu with their swords and once that is taken from them he's literally stripped them of their skill and utility in the battle.
