Why didn't Jiraiya take Nagato to the Leaf?

Started to think about it, why didn't Jiraiya take Nagato to the Leaf, cause of his Rinnegan? I know that it's something that Danzo would do, to make the Leaf stronger, but why didn't Jiraiya take those 3 to the Leaf village? Then they would have Sharingan, Byakugan and even Rinnegan. Plus, 3 pretty decent shinobi.

I don't think they really belonged to the Rain, cause nobody knew them and took care of them that time. And yes, Konoha has made them suffer, but Jiraiya, who is from Konoha, teached them ninjutsu and took care of them. It was only Yahiko's dream about saving the Rain when he grew up. He kept saying that he hated this land, for raining all the time. He wanted to bring peace to the world, which would be more logical to do with the Leaf. Plus, Leaf would have acquired the Rinnegan, which is like a supreme weapon.

They didn't dream about saving Amegakure when they were kids, I'm sure I remember Yahiko always moaning about how he hates the Rain because it always rains there.

one reason was they wanted to stay to help their country and two they consider the leaf in many ways a enemy because it somewhat the reason the rain is the way it is, sure they loved j-man but not enough to join their enenmy village
