Why didn't Itachi show Perfect Susano?

I don't get it, why is it Kishi made Perfect Susano in the game but Kishi never made Itachi do Perfect Susano in the manga?

Its cool that Itachi has Perfect Susano, but it would of been cool seeing it in the manga. I mean I can understand Itachi not using Perfect Susano while alive thanks to his illness, but his edo form he has no illness, he is in perfect form with unlimited chakra and stamina yet no Perfect Susano.

Probably for two reasons.

One he never fought in a serious battle. The only fight he was in that wasn't apart of his double-agent spy work was against Kabuto and even then the goal was to not kill him.

And a part of it was probably him trying to preserve his life span. If amaterasu and a regular susanoo took that much of a toll on him I don't even want to think how pitiful he'd be after a PS use. It would be like signing his own death certificate
