Why didn't Itachi kill Tobi himself?

Tobi was shown to avoid any conflicts with Itachi, if not even being scared of his abilities. Itachi probably noticed that too. So why wouldn't he just kill him? Of course Itachi wouldn't do that not in front of all other Akatsuki memebers, but either to lure him out on a 1vs1. Maybe Itachi just knew that with his sickness he wouldnt be able to fight Tobi and afterwards Sasuke, so he was choosing between them and decided to battle Sasuke, while preparing Amaterasu in his eye, thus entrusting him with the quest of killing Tobi? Your thoughts on this?

Normal itachi would be slaughtered by Obito, his low chakra levels and illness would end the fight quickly in obito's favor. Perhaps a healthy itachi would have a higher chance.

Shadow clone feints by naruto didn't work, it took kakashi, might guy, BM naruto and BM killer bee to even damage obito slightly. Itachi can't hold his own against those foes at once.

Obito isn't a fool he knows very well what weaknesses his kamui has and he also has plenty of intel on itachi and how to counter him. Itachi's only real hope is izanami which obito more than likely has intel on so it is doubtful it would work.

Obito can avoid itachi by going underground in addition to kamui and he can also use those massive katon jutsu and mokuton roots to skewer itachi. His chakra levels will allow him to easily outlast itachi.

Lol itachi never beat jiraya, nagato or DSM kabuto on his own and how is that a point? By your logic itachi should be able to beat kaguya because he has beaten so many others.

KA was programmed to work on sasuke to use it on obito, itachi would have to reconfigure it which isn't something he can do mid battle seeing as the eye isn't in his own socket.

Itachi ONLY feared Obito because he thought he was MADARA UCHIHA. That's also because he didnt know all of Obito's powers, but guess freaking what!? Obito had NONE of them powers except this OP ass Kamui bullshit. If Itachi truly knew the identity of Tobi and how weak he was, this manga would've ended after Pain vs Konoha fight.

Please, let me recall Obito's battle style and his jutsu usage throughout the series:

Battle mindset: warp himself out of the ass, pass through all the incoming damage by Kamui, warp his opponent in Kamuiland.
That's just great that's so entertaining and DEFINETELY freaking FAIR, of course. Can't think of a more lame and cowardly fighting style than of this fodder shmuck.

Jutsu usage:

Mediocre Katon Goukakyu no Jutsu that a lot of fodders have been spamming throughout the whole manga/anime.
Katon Bakufu Ranbu which IS IN FACT THE SAME GOUKAKYUU NO JUTSU. It's just because of his Kamui it takes the shape of a whirlpool. Double facepalm, such originality and truly an inmprovent in raw power, Fodderbito.
