Why didnt Itachi give Yata Mirror and Totsuka Blade to Sasuke

He used Transcription Seal: Amaterasu on Sasuke, which is basically Itachi using Amaterasu, but through a different vessel, hence Itachi's Mangekyou Sharingan appearing on Sasuke.

because itachi wanted to get obito away from sasuke, if he had given totsuka or yata, obito would have to wait for sasuke to make his susano untill the surprise attack releases, besides it´s not like he had the time to do it, he was in the verge of death

Well Itachi was playing the evil brother so giving him his weapons wouldn't fit the role. Itachi also have to physically hand them to you since they're actual weapons not based on Susanoo. When he seen Sasuke again, he knew Sasuke might attack Konoha so didn't want to give him the weapons just in case.

Sasuke's MS and Itachi's MS power might have combined but Sasuke doesn't have Itachi's Susanoo and the color differs to show us. Yoga hi would have to actually hand them to Sasuke to give him. We seen Sasuke's Final Susanoo and he didn't have them while Edo Itachi's did.
