Why didn't Hinata, Sakura or Kushina remain being shinobi?

Kushina can't do missions while being dead. Hinata has a young kid to take care of and is the Hokage's wife. It's both idiotic and dangerous to have her do missions seeing as how she'll be targeted.

Sakura, well, don't know why she's not doing missions. Sarada's definitely old enough to not be needing to be taken care of to such extent as say Himawari and she's gotta pay off the loan somehow...

Because their main aim probably wasnt to be top ninjas, Hinata just wanted to be with Naruto, Sakura wanted to be a healer and be with Sasuke, Kushina died.
Lee wanted to be a splendid ninja so is still training, Ino took her fathers role in Ino-shika-cho so she is still training.

No, being a mother not hindered them from being a Shinobi if situation need them. Its just they doesnt see any importance for them to be part of some missions. But if war happen they can step forward and contribute if they want or their husband allow them.

They have more important job to do in rising their future generations than act like virgin or un-married women.
