Why didnt Hiashi use the hyuuga seal against edo-hizashi?

edo-Hizashi couldve been easily defeated if Hiashi noticed edo-hizashi still has the hyuuga seal.....

the seal is removed at death stated by neji in part one, it was just a manga error or kishi's way so that we don't mix the two up

This...it is possible the Seal Returned because of reanimation, but still he doesn't feel pain so it would be useless.
