why didnt he do anything?

i was watching this part of the anime once more, and something called my attention, if you watch the video from 9:20 and on, we get to see when zetsu absorbs chakra and gives it to sasuke, then sasuke uses susanoo to make a hole in the wall to come back to where the kages were, but then he just stands still waiting for onooki to do something he even allows him to give a speech while sasuke stayed still, if he knew he didnt have chakra left why didnt he leave the place?
it was kind of retarded from sasuke to go where the kages and do nothing after except waiting for them to retaliate

he just like always didnt really think this through. he completely overestimated his new abilities while he underestimated the 5 kage....
