why didn't goku use the kioken with the super saiyan transformations.

i mean when goku goes SSJ1 it is just a new form.

so Goku should be able to use the kioken with the transformations, he would've become incredibly powerful.

Super Saiyan originally put a strain Goku's body, it had actually accelerated his heart disease against Android 19. However, he trained to get rid of this strain and be able to fight at the best possible way with Super Saiyan. Using Kaoiken would just put the strain back.

Because It causes a strain on the user, if goku Did use it he would have died from the increase in power.

Kaioken puts a strain on one's muscles and one's body. In the super saiyan transformation, the body is being strained even further. King Kai had even told Goku, that using kaioken too much can put such a strain on his body that it could even kill him, so I believe the super saiyan transformation on top of using kaioken could possible kill Goku. Or put so much strain on his body that it would end up doing more harm than good.

Isn't that video non-canon?

In theory he should of been able to use Kaioken while in SSJ mode. During the Frieeza saga Goku could use Kaioken x10 without it putting any strain to his body.

The kaioken will further strain his body seeing as how much energy output the super saiyan forms put out, he'd be pretty fatigued if he did try to use kaioken as a super saiyan I'm assuming.
