Why didn't Ginjo share Ichigo's powers with Tsukishima?

Anyone else find it odd that Tsukishima was left out on receiving Ichigo's fullbring power? He's been essential to getting Ichigo's fullbring yet him and knucle boy get left out. Granted the brass knuckle kid is supposed to die after the battle is over, but it's still strange.

It'd be shocking to see him beat Byakuya, but stranger things have happened.

We seen that Ginjou and Tsukishima, were in this together but also they don't trust or get a long. Ginjou didn't wanna share the power with Tsukishima knowing he'd become powerful and overthrow him.

Didn't Ginjou say to kill Tsukishima after they fight off or kill Ichigo and them? (which won't happen lol)

There's most likely someone above them who's issuing all the orders. They already delved into 1v1 fights with the Xcution members. There is just no way they'd do that with the next main antagonist so soon
