I mean why didn't BZ try to help Obito?Obito needed like 3-5 more minutes to cast IT. And BZ didn't really care about Madara, he only cared about the IT.Why not just help out Obito cast it and then revive Kaguya?

It wasn't . Madara's body couldn't handle Kaguya's chakra either. Madara was the one that awakened the 3rd eye, but Obito still could have used IT through the Shinju.
