juubii consists rinnegan shape and tomoe type eyes, y 9 bijuu dont have any ocular powers like 6paths genjutsu or anything related to sharingan prowess?? seems weird wht r ur opinions?

Because that's how the sage made them. Besides, we've never seen the juubi actually even use its eye.
Because you can either chose one.
Either give the bijuus six path Justus like pain, and not have their bijuu power...
Or give them bijuu power with no six path power, you can't have both it spells death of chakra abuse.
