Why didn't A speedblitz Sasuke?

Sasuke doesn't have Naruto or Minato's reflexes and I'm sure the Sharingan wouldn't help that much. He speedblitzed Tobi, Naruto, and Minato why all of a sudden when he fights Sasuke he forgets how to do it?

Simply becuase A with Raiton armor lvl 1 is not fast enough to blitz him. Sasuke is very fast himself and he has Sharingan, which allowed him to keep up with A until he strenghtened his armor.
