Stop being hokage after the war arc? I never saw the need for kakashi to take over as hokage? was it just plot because obito said he would be the 6th hokage? Because a no Sharingan kakashi < tsunade imo.

Maybe Tsunade felt it was time to pass the torch and also after he defeat to Madara she probably felt she didn't deserve the title anymore. Plus she was probably tired of the paper work and crap since she never liked that in the first place.

Heard from someone who read the novel, it stated tsunade wasn't being proficient as hokage anymore, (even naruto criticized her) so it was only a matter of time before she retired to give role to kakashi.
