I still don't get the whole arm thing being sealed, I thought his arm problem was fixed when he switched bodies it was never mentioned until Suigetsu said it to Sasuke that he didnt have his arms before Sasuke revived him. Then how did he summon the 3 gates if his arms/jutsu were sealed??

To use Jutsus you have to mold chakra, due to molding physic and spiritual power you get Chakra that you can use for Jutsus, Sarutobi sealed Orochimarus Spiritual Arms so he couldnt mold chakra or he couldnt do it in the right ratio, as for how he summoened the Three Gates, didnt he use a Summoning Formula like in the fight against Jiraya and Tsunade, when he summoend his Snake?

The fight was never finished. Orochimaru was clearly holding his own against 4 tailed kyubi.

Orochimaru didn't have his ninjutsu neither. He could use hidden shadow snakes and sanjuu rashomon since he had the markings already on his arms.
