Dude, literally, NO ONE ALIVE is capable of making a seal to bind someone of Sasuke's calibre. NO ONE. Only if Naruto somehow learned his clan's sealing techs like Minato did through Kushina, otherwise, NO ONE is capable of making such a strong seal. All Sasuke needs to do to brake free is let out a huge burst of chakra and that's it... he's free.

I highly doubt Fuin-Jutsu would hold him down. Highly down it. He has the strongest Yin chakra in existence. It's not even possible.
