Why did the Ten-Tails revival arc start from 593?

593 is the chapter entitled 'Orochimaru's Revival' which I found quite odd because according to Narutopedia, the Ten-Tails revival arc starts from this chapter. I would understand if it started from chapter 609 since that is the chapter where the Juubi was finally revived but why would it start from 593 when it didn't really have anything to do with the revival of the Juubi?

Doesn't Obito start the groundwork though, by making the Mazo eat Kin and Gin's pot and setting up the barrier.
