Why did some people think that Kaguya was final villain?

I thought it was pretty obvious that she was a minor antagonist. A final villain and major antagonist doesn't get Sexy no Jutsu'd. The stuff about her and Hamura feels more like set up for the New Era Project. I'm sure she will return but not as an antagonist. Given the stuff that was said about her in the recent chapter. About her being under some influence of something and Hagoromo being careless about his mother.

Plus, Kishi already said that Sasuke would be the final battle of the war saga. Doesn't excuse the fight for being shit though.

I will admit that I jumped the gun to think she was the Final Villain, because at that time I didn't think of any reason why Sasuke, Madara, or Obito would try to do something to be evil and start something up again.

Sasuke may have bigger motive and more sense/build up to be final villain but he will never surprass Kaguya, JJ Hagoromo, Three eyed/Double RG JJ Madara powerwise.
