As the title say, basically Sasuke overused his MS so much he went blind, but the question is why? Sasuke had no intention of getting Itachi eyes so why overuse his eyes to get blind? Had Sasuke knew about Hashirama DNA preventing blindness would he have choice that instead of Itachi eyes?

Obito spammed Kamui yet no blindness while everyone who spammed MS went blind including Kakashi, who used Kamui way less than Obito.

He didn't really go blind from overuse. He was going blind from only using 1 MS genjutsu and Amaterasu when he fought Bee.
He was going blind faster than any MS user when you think about it. Also didn't help that he was thrown into plenty fights as soon as he awakened it.

He didn't go blind really but he kept taxing his eyes over and over since the deidara fight. If he used his eyes wisely like Itachi he wouldn't of had too much trouble. Itachi had his MS from the age of 13 till 21 without going blind.

Sasuke was losing physical energy and yes Hashirama chakra/cells would've greatly helped

not really. If you count up everytime he used it and compare it to kakashi its roughly the same or sasuke used it more.

Sasuke sharingan allows him to copy jutsu, Sasuke could of used his sharingan to copy his foes abilities instead of overuse his MS techniques. In part 1 Sasuke was able to use Lee Taijutsu.

Sasuke started losing his vision from 1 genjutsu and Amaterasu/extinguishing it when he fought Bee. I don't really know how many times Kakashi used Kamui before he started losing his sight but during the war when he said he was losing his sight he used Kamui a lot.

Using one Amaterasu then being forced to put it out twice immediately afterwards, one of them being a fire big enough to cover an entire Bijuu. Thus, three consecutive uses, four if you count the Genjutsu (right eye) and Amaterasu casting (left eye) separately, with one of them also being notably more straining than the previous ones. Enough to damage your eyesight at least temporarily, I'd say.

He used MS genjutsu twice that day, then use Ama one while putting it out(again and ms tech) twice. That's 5 uses, in 1 day. The only other ms user that tops that is... well nobody. Kakashi passed out when he did it. Itachi died when he did it, Sasuke gets at the worst slight loss of sight.

Itachi and Kakashi maintained their eyesight for years because they only used MS in special circumstances when it was really needed.

On the other hand Sasuke was using dojutsu to its very limit by casting Amaterasu on bijuus and creating Enton weapons with v2 Susanoo. Having stronger chakra allowed him to use his eyes better but also forced them to deteriorate quicker.

Well he used Amaterasu 1x. Genjutsu 2:'(though vs Raikage Sasuke used a 3 tomoe genjutsu and still had strain so idk if it'll count or not) and putting out Amaterasu 2x.
5 MS uses in 1 day before losing his sight.

Itachi 2x Tsukuyomi 1 genjutsu(should still strain his eye's since it happened to Sasuke) and 1 Amaterasu in part 1.(probably never really went blind until part 2.

Kakashi don't really remember how many Kamui he used during the war.

During the war Kakashi spammed Kamui a lot but never lost his sight he was starting to lose his sight but never "lost" it. And in part 1 Itachi used like 3-4 in part 1 but never went blind until part 2 as far as we know.

Dude said he was practically completely blind by the end of the day he started overusing it. How is that any different than sasuke over overused it in 1 day and subsequently went blind?

I don't feel like comparing the exact numbers but the end result was the same. Overuse= blindness.
