Why did Sasuke not join Obito and Madera?

I am sure someone has asked this before. but I have some questions I would like to ask. I am not the most hard core Sasuke guy. but it seems like the better choice was to join madera he was a wanted criminal at the time and was even a member of the akatsuki and Obito was the only one to level the truth to the guy in the whole show.

Because Itachi wanted to stop Madara sama and Sasuke didnt want to see Itachi fail. Sasuke viewed Itachi as the embodiment of perfection and therefore how can he join somebody his brother tried to stop.

Itachi could have stoped Madera him self. I get the whole Itachi single handed won the war by stoping Kabuto something that if not done would have made the war rage on endless. with the only ninjas of caliber who mattered being Kakashi, AO, and shikamaru's dad. the 5 kage beating the (edo kages who was trying to be sealed) was nothing to madera who bodied all of them.

Kakashi with Might Guy, Lee and Sakura and the 1st devision beat the 7 Swordsmen.
Itachi single handed stoped Kabuto
AO was the sensor that was doing all of the work.
Shikamaru dad was the one to come up with plains
That being said Kakashi was the only one who could have beat Obito.
Madera is beat by Itachi or Might Guy.

It's not a fanfic. Itachi won the war single handed by taking out Kabuto the head of the Edo Tensei forces. and kishimoto said Itachi would beat madera.

It would have made story so much better but he was a wannabe good guy by then. Was following his own path of revolution.

Damn now that i think, instead of that reason-less final battle, this would have made it so much better. Hashirama and madara fighting each other while alongside naruto and sasuke fighting and surpassing mid fight their counterparts. While minato/tobirama/kakashi dealing with obito.

So when did his group un-alliance with the akasuki? because it seems to me like Obito was the one to restore Sasukes eyes.

Sasuke agreed to join and ask what was in it for them, Tobi complied that he will give him one biju but if he betrayed akatsuki the penalty would be death.
He carried out akatsuki’s terms until he derailed during the war arc against jyubito. Because Sasuke started betraying Obito when he tried to shoot him down with an Enton arrow. So at that point it didn’t matter because akatsuki already served its purpose (to make him whole to cast Infinite Tsukyomi).

What a dumb question. Whether Sasuke joined or opposed Madara, the result would be the same: being trapped in an infinite dream. Like nearly everybody, Sasuke has dreams he wants to come true, yet everyone else still fought Infinite Tsukuyomi despite knowing what it entailed just as he did.

Well first off at this point in the story, he didn't care about blood ties. So using that as an incentive wasn't going to work at this point. Secondly; the whole world was in danger. He didn't want to destroy the whole world.. nor did he want to be caught up in it himself (since he's not exempt). He knew he had to stop them because of this.
