Just trying to find a better explanation than "plot".it's the only time anyone has ever needed time to adjust to dojutsu transplants

I can't remember exactly how long he was recuperating but if he just got the eyes and was fine he would have confronted kabuto earlier

At first I thought maybe it was because he lacks senju DNA but there's other examples of faster recovery even without it
