[Theory] Why did Sasuke have more knowledge on Infinite Tsukuyomi than Naruto?

If you read chapter 677 Sasuke knows that Naruto can be affected by IT(perfect jins are immune to normal Genjutsu). and knows that Susanoo can shield implying he know about the light before it shined(something Black Zetsu didn't know). Naruto clearly didn't have this much knowledge, but seemed clueless.

The only way Sasuke can get this knowledge is from the Sage. We never saw the the conversation between the two like with Naruto. Why share this with him but not Naruto?

Did he decide to choose Indra/Sasuke as a successor this time? And this is what Naruto vs Sasuke will be about? Sasuke tries to cast his version of IT to control the world?

But anyway... what makes you think he "knew" and didn't just guess? Sasuke has proven to be a pretty smart guy, and willing to take life or death risks based on hunches. Maybe he assumed since his eye power allowed him to see through Madara's limbo, his susano'o would somehow protect him from Madara's genjutsu as well.

Nothing indicates to me he was given this info prior.

This. I think Sasuke's eyes showed him more information. Remember, he did have to go back to the hideout with Orochimaru. Most of the complex and shrine was destroyed, but I believe the tablet was still there since it was underground. Sasuke had EMS at that point, which means he saw more than Itachi did.

I wondered that myself. How could he read it wthout a Sharingan. I know he is Kaguya's will, but does that mean her Sharingan powers are also in him? If that were the case, why didn't he ever use them? Plothole?
