Why did Sasuke even get with Sakura?

Maybe because Sakura not counting Naruto didnt really give up on him ..... So from Sasuke's POV it might be valid to be with someone who would go to such extreme lengths for him I guess. But after Sasuke's 180 on 698 abt his feelings towards Naruto .... Nothing would have surprised me.

Erm, maybe because she's probably the only one that would even do him after all the crap that he'd done. Furthering a bloodline doesn't mean you need to mate with others with powerful bloodlines. In fact, that would be a bit counter-productive to furthering the Uchiha bloodline because the other bloodline might take more precedence.

yea, i have been saying this since the spoilers came out. this pairing makes no sense in any situation. it makes sakura look like she has no self respect whatsoever and that sasuke just didn't give a damn. their whole relationship is one sided. sasuke even said he doesn't even know why she likes him and that he has zero interest in her. but now they got a baby together. i think kishi was just like eff it, fanservice time.
