Like I said 6 months ago, Instead of beating them up. Sanji having saved their lives and getting Judge on his level promising to never come after him or Zeff again is the bigger victory than kicking him in the face. That black eye would heal, having to admit your mistakes is the harder thing to do. Ironically Sanji turned out to be his most successful son, but Judge isn't his father anymore.

Sanji is no saint, he is a pirate. Besides it was never his mission or duty to stop his family. His family makes money by going into areas of conflict and fights for the person who pays the most.
