If u read the very first few chapters (in the beginning of the Naruto manga)
When Naruto transform into 'Sasuke', Naruto asked Sakura of how she in Naruto.
Her reply was "Annoying".
Later, the real Sasuke said the same word directly to Sakura "Annoying".
So, from that point onward, she (in a way) never ignore Naruto anymore.
