She realized the difference of their strength again, and she is definitely outclassed by naruto and sasuke. :whip:
Take into consideration that Shizune has been fangirling over Sakura each time Sakura does something noteworthy. Kishimoto is clearly utilizing Shizune to emphasize that although Sakura's role as a fighter is not as well developed (and hasn't been developed since the Sasori fight towards the beginning of part 2), her current role as a medic-nin and support character is indeed essential. Realizing a difference in battle strength is hardly a reason for crying in the middle of a war zone.

Now, I understand your response may have been meant to be humorous....
but I'd prefer meaningful responses, please.

Tears of joy that Team 7 is together again. She gets to cheer on Sasuke, which she hasn't done in awhile and probably at the same time realizes Naruto kept his promise to her, allowing him to move forward. Plus it's obvious they are vibing off of each other pretty nicely.

The part in bold is up for debate. The following thread discusses whether Naruto truly kept his promise, seeing as he didn't directly contribute to Sasuke's return:

Naruto may have contributed indirectly to Sasuke's return, but does this breach technicalities whereby we can declare definitively that Naruto kept his promise?

Maybe after looking at them go, she found out that she was not on their level and still is a useless crybaby. XD
It can be either 1 or 2. But one thing is for sure, Sasuke's upto something.

I guess we need to hear what Sasuke has to say, if anything. But you are kind of right, Naruto really hasn't done anything to effect his resolve or return. I mean he was a key to have Itachi free, other than that it was all Itachi.

Still she has always felt guilty about Sasuke leaving and Naruto(&Sasuke) needing to do everything. It seems she no longer needs to worry about that.

Happy to see Naruto and Sasuke perfect teamwork again.....kinda remind you of the demon wind shiruken
This is the reason

It is true that this would be the most simple and straightforward reason. Unfortunately, if we follow the rule of Chekhov's gun (as Kishimoto often does), then it is difficult to pass this off as being as direct as it seems.

If Kishi was trying to illustrate that Sakura was riding the Nostalgia train, then we would've likely been provided with the obligatory hear-what-the-character-is-thinking moment where Sakura says something similar to, "It's so awesome to see them cooperating again."
Since we received no indication of what's provoked this sudden burst of emotion, as we almost always have had before, it strikes me as odd that it wouldn't foreshadow something of greater magnitude.
Come on man... Kishi is not THAT good with foreshadowing. The reasons you listed are far to contrite and sasuke-centric while the past few chapters have all been dedicated to team 7. So there was no need for the "hear-what-the-character-is-thinking moment" because the mood has been set. The last page was a shift to Sasuke anything before was all about team 7.

I don't think it would be because Sasuke might turn evil again since theres a caption clearly written as "YES!", I believe it is Sasuke has become reunited as team 7 and is fighting alongside Naruto or the fact Tsunade is alive which is also recognised by Orochimaru in the end. :)

At first I thought it was of hapiness too, but then why is she having that sadlike expression at the end. That's what confuses me. I can also see it like this: At the right panel she's smiling and thinking yes go get them etc and then the middle and left panel shows her eye tearing up and maybe then the smile was already gone.

Hopefully we get some answers next week, if needed of course.
