In chapter 634, you may have been confused by the following:

There's a myriad of reasons to explain why Sakura may have been teary-eyed, so I'd appreciate any rational explanations as to why this event transpired.

A few options that I have already come across include:

-- Sakura's overcome with joy seeing Sasuke fight for the "good guys."
-- Sakura realizes that there exists a reminiscent evil intent/aggression within Sasuke (as evidenced by the panel showing Sasuke's back in a shadowy manner and his "burn it down" panel) and fears that it will soon resurface. This indicates that Sakura may know something that we, the readers, do not.
-- Sakura is connected with Katsuyu and may have sensed that her master, Tsunade, is near death or something.

None of these possible explanations seem to be likely occurrences, ergo failing to quench my curiosity regarding the matter. Any noteworthy insight would be much appreciated.

Every possibility you put makes sense. I had them in consideration too.

But I'm thinking about discarding Sasuke's dark panel.

If you played the Kingdom Hearts Saga, you would know that Darkness is not meant for Evil as a must. There are people who can control darkness and being possesed by evil because Darkness overcomes their hearts, but there are people who are able to overcome hatred and thus, embrace the Darkness to use it at will.

After hearing the deceased hokage's answers, Sasuke took the decision to follow his brother's will. So, about the dark panels surrounding Sasuke, based on the most recent events, I could conclude that Sasuke will be a second Danzou.

They all make sense. Also, did you notice that Katsuyu seemed to whisper something to Sai before he asked Jugo what he thought? Either Katsuyu and/or Sakura (and now Sai) know something, or I'll eat my hat.

Interesting concept... I've actually been trying to weave the "darkness can be used for good" principle into a story I've been writing with a partner. However, I'm not certain Kishi works that way. Darkness is usually a direct implication of maliciousness due to the majority of fiction bearing that connotation.

The Danzou parallel struck me at one point, but Sasuke hated that SOB for what he did (indirectly) to his brother, Shisui, his clan, and the village as a whole. I don't believe he'd become like the man whom he regarded with disdain. Conversely, it wouldn't be the first time a fictional character became what they hated (i.e. Magneto from X-men).

this and its easy to understand don't mix things up
It is true that this would be the most simple and straightforward reason. Unfortunately, if we follow the rule of Chekhov's gun (as Kishimoto often does), then it is difficult to pass this off as being as direct as it seems.

If Kishi was trying to illustrate that Sakura was riding the Nostalgia train, then we would've likely been provided with the obligatory hear-what-the-character-is-thinking moment where Sakura says something similar to, "It's so awesome to see them cooperating again."
Since we received no indication of what's provoked this sudden burst of emotion, as we almost always have had before, it strikes me as odd that it wouldn't foreshadow something of greater magnitude.

She teared up from the sense of nostalgia seeing naruto and sasuke working together again. Team 7s reunion was too much for her to handle emotionally. Lol
obviously.. yeez I hate the only stimulus seemed to be found by one or two at the base is coming out with theories out of thin air.. and yes, it could be possible she extra-sensed Tsunade´s gone or about to be so.

But why is everyone giving her for dead while Orochimaru my man just spoke to her?????

or is it nowadays after years of researching edo-tensei Oro has fell into the habit of speaking to corpses?
