Why did Sakura not fall in love for the guy who struggled the most for her ?

Sakura for me is one of the most chaotic characters in NV.

She refused to love the guy who was willing to do everything for her just to see her happy and put a smile on her lips everyday.

Can someone clear this out for me without a troll answer. Really appreciate it.

People constantly forget that the reason she lied to Naruto was cos she felt responsible for Naruto's obsession with Sasuke, she did not know Naruto was just being his "gay" self.

She was in love with Sasuke and wasn't interested in Naruto. It's that simple. You're not obliged to love someone because of what they do for you. Naruto and Sakura's personalities conflicted often. They acted more like siblings. Sakura is too similar to Kushina, same as Naruto. Two kushinas don't match up well.

Sakura was very mean to Lee just for blowing air kisses, Sakura is a mean character.

Sakura can insult anyone, but if someone so much call her anything she hits, yes she is bad. Lee liked Sakura but judged him by his looks.

This is what make Sakura shallow, she only cares about looks not personality. Sakura loves for Sasuke is just his looks and popular nothing else.

Naruto's good looking tho. He's also a bad boy he toyed even with the hokage when he was young. He is also intelligent for creating all these openings through words and number of jutsus that are effective for 1v1 and 1v100+

I go with what the manga says. And manga says Sasuke is both better looking and more intelligent. And way more mysterious and dark. As I said, girls that age love all of that.
