Yeah I thought about that scenario myself. But then again, Orochimaru is in the body of a female now so for all we know his "container" might have already been pregnant with Mitsuki and Orochimaru probably injected the fetus with all sorts of drugs and Otsutsuki DNA And whatnot....poor Mitsuki....or is he lucky? XD
