I mean the long hair he had when he witnessed Rin being killed. He had it when he controlled the Mizukage, cut it when he attacked Konoha with the nine-tails, grew it again when he met Itachi and participated in the Uchiha massacre and then cut it when he joined the Akatsuki. I'm just wondering why would he cut it if he had Madara's hair?

fashion is something big in narutoverse.. u see everybody in akatsuki paints their nails..
also fashion is such a big deal.. Oro & Sasori changes their bodies... and most of the guys look like girls.

The same reason you do fashion... After convincing people he was madara they was no need leaving the hair anymore he is a fashionista

It has something to do with the fact that after an uchicha loosing a fight they cut there hair and he did loose that fight to Minato so he had to cut it anyways
