Your all wrong!!! it is not the animation they actually did the correct thing with the colour.

The time of the day is dawn so the sun has not fully risen yet so its darker. At night time Naruto's hair colour will be different and in sun light it will be like the first 2 pictures you posted.

That is also why the sand where gaara and oonoki is that weird colour when it was yellow at the start of the war.

You guys make up any excuse just to bash the anime for any little thing!
Here's the deal: It's dawn at that time of the day in the battlefield, so they made everything have a brighter colour (including the sand which is no longer green now) to show the time of the day.
You can tell that the lightning is different because both Naruto hair and skin is brighter AND his Sage Mode eyeshadows are lighter.

Now stop making retarded arguments and talking out of your asses, i know when it's right to bash the anime, but this is not the case.

Basically this. They wanted it to be obvious that it's dawn.

Its because of daytime and climatic conditions. I also had a problem with Gaara's sand and the desert sand in the war arc but its due to the evening time, night time, day time and morning time. There's nothing big deal.
